The Speaker placed a call of the House on the calendar. ***Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that Representative Navarre be excused from a call of the House today. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The call was satisfied. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 218(FSH) pass the House?"
